INSURANCE AND BILLING POLICIES
At White Cloud Pediatrics, we are committed to delivering exceptional care for you and your children.
To foster a positive relationship, we want to ensure transparency regarding our financial policies, detailing both the actions we take on your behalf and your financial obligations to our practice.
It is your responsibility:

To know the limits and coverage of your particular health insurance(s) policy

To bring your insurance card to each visit and present it to us if needed

To pay any copays, deductible and/or coinsurance at the time of service
Autopay
White Cloud Pediatrics has introduced an Auto Pay System to simplify billing and ensure timely payment of patient balances.
This system is designed to provide transparency and flexibility for families. To make the process easier, we require all patients to have a credit card on file for autopay.

Balances
Effective 01/01/2025, if your account has a balance that is 120+ days past due, or if we have made multiple attempts to collect an outstanding balance with no success, you will be required to enter into a payment agreement. This agreement will allow us to work together to resolve the balance.
To continue care, it will be necessary to provide a credit card on file for the payment plan, as we require auto-pay for future payments. Please refer to our financial policy for complete details regarding outstanding balances, our auto-pay/credit card on file policy, and the payment agreement process.
We are committed to working with you, but timely resolution of overdue balances is essential for continued care.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
We accept most major insurance carriers. It is your responsibility to know the limits and coverage of your particular health insurance policy, to have your card at each visit, and to pay any copays, deductibles, and/or coinsurance at time of service.
